Our buildings can be used for various storage needs including lawn and garden supplies, hunting gear, sports equipment and more. Our buildings can also be customized for potting sheds, hunting cabins, weekend cabins, offices and in-law quarters. We strive to build a product that you will be proud to own and that will add value to your property. Our buildings are also customizable to fit your needs. We offer custom window and door placement. Lofts, work benches, shutters, and flower boxes are just a few of the options that you can add to your building to make it uniquely yours. Each of our quality storage buildings is built by craftsmen with many years of experience.

We strive to use only the best material that is available to ensure that you will have a building that will last for many years. We use premium framing lumber to give you the best quality inside and out. On our standard buildings, we offer three different types of siding.

Our painted line features LP Smartside, which is backed by a 50 year limited warranty. LP Smartside offers excellent moisture resistance to the core because the wood throughout the entire panel is treated with an advanced formula of binders, resins, and wax. Plus, each panel is treated throughout with a proprietary SmartGuard zinc borate-based process to resist fungal decay and termite damage. We also use the Miratec trim which is resistant to moisture, rot, and termites. This trim is also backed by a 50 yr. limited warranty. These products are pre-primed and then we coat them with two coats of high-quality paint from Davis Frost paints. We also offer a urethane coating that gives you the appearance of stain but is backed by a 10 yr. warranty.

If you are looking for a siding that will never need to be painted look no further then our metal building line. We use a #1  40 yr. 29 ga. metal for the siding and roof. Under the metal on the roof, we use a UV reflective barrier which helps to keep the building cooler. The metal building will be an easy keeper with its low maintenance needs.

We also offer vinyl siding on our buildings. Our Royal Crest siding is backed by a lifetime warranty to give you the peace of mind that you deserve. The vinyl siding will help your building to blend in with your house.

If you are looking for a more rustic appearance you can choose our white pine board and batton siding, log siding or cedar siding. We have several choices of stain to choose from to give it that woodsy look.

All of our storage buildings come with the industries best warranties. We offer a 10 yr. manufactures workmanship warranty. 

We also free delivery and setup (blocks are provided by Marshall General Store) within a 100-mile radius of Marshall, NC. Our delivery area includes western North Carolina. We also offer delivery anywhere in the USA.
